ZekNest Privacy Policy and Data Protection

This page explains which data the ZekNest software and its license website process and why. Data controller: Ramazan Yeşildal, Karaman, Turkey.

What data do we process?

• Purchase data: name, e-mail, phone, order amount, payment reference; for bank transfers, the sender name and the receipt you optionally upload.
• License verification data: a one-way device identifier (hash) derived from your hardware, computer name, application version and IP address.
• Device details: Windows version, processor, memory, graphics card, screen resolution and scaling, system language and region.
• Compatible software: only whether certain laser cutting, design and CAD programs (e.g. CorelDRAW, Illustrator, AutoCAD, LightBurn) are installed, and their versions. Programs outside this list are neither read nor sent.
• Usage statistics: number of starts and nesting runs, sheets used, fill ratio and calculation time. Your drawings and files are never sent to the server.
• Error reports: the error message and technical details when the program fails; the text and e-mail you send with "Report a problem", and, if you choose to attach it, a screenshot of the program window (the drawing on screen may be visible; the desktop and other programs are not captured).

Why?

To keep each license on a single computer, resend lost keys, track trial usage, fix errors, keep the program compatible with the most used software and hardware, announce updates and meet legal obligations.

Phone number

Your phone number is only used to verify your identity on the My License page and to prevent selling a second license to the same person. It is not used for marketing and is not shared.

Cookies

• Session cookie (essential): keeps your session during purchase and My License actions; deleted when the browser closes.
• Cookie notice preference: remembers that you have seen the notice.
• Invitation cookie: if you came through an invitation link, stores who invited you for up to 30 days, for the discount and the referral reward.

No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used. The payment screen may use the payment provider's own cookies.

Advertising policy

This site shows no ads and works with no ad network; visitor data is not collected or sold for advertising. If ads are ever used, only reputable networks will be used, no prohibited or risky topics (gambling, adult content, crypto investment promises) will be allowed, this policy will be updated in advance and your consent will be asked for advertising cookies.

Data transfers

Card payments are taken by Shopier; your card details are never entered on this site. E-mails are sent through Google (Gmail). Data is not shared with anyone else.

Retention and your rights

License and sales records are kept while the license is valid and for the legal retention periods; trial and statistics records for at most two years. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing, via the Contact page.
