ZekNest Terms of Use and License Agreement

Scope of the license

Each license allows perpetual use of ZekNest on one computer at a time. All versions released within one year of purchase are included. One license can be bought per e-mail address and phone number.

Changing computers

You can move your license to a new computer yourself a limited number of times per year. Reinstalling Windows on the same computer does not count as a transfer.

When the update period ends

The program keeps working. To use versions released after the period ends, you can extend the update period.

Internet connection

The license is verified with the server periodically. The program keeps working offline for a limited period.

Campaigns, coupons and invitations

In tiered campaigns, the price is reserved for you for a short time when you go to the payment screen; if payment is not completed in time, the spot passes to the next buyer. Coupon and invitation discounts are not combined with the campaign price unless stated. The invitation reward is added to the inviter's update period when the invited person's payment is completed; self-referrals and fake purchases void the reward.

Bank transfer

For bank transfer orders, the license is sent once the payment reaches our account and is confirmed. Orders without a payment notice within the given period are cancelled.

Prohibited use

Sharing or reselling the license key or attempting to bypass the license check is prohibited and may result in revocation.

Refunds

As a digital product with a free trial available, activated licenses are not refundable. If a technical problem cannot be solved, please contact us.
